Quest

Quest is a 5 day youth event where we will bring The Book of Mormon to life through re-enactments, devotionals, fun activities and firesides. We invite all youth in our stake to develop a deeper testimony of the book of Mormon and build a stronger relationship with Jesus Christ as we travel the wilderness with Lehi and his family, have faith-filled experiences like Abinadi, teach with Alma and Amulek, listen to the teachings of King Benjamin and Samuel the Lamanite, and battle with Mormon and Moroni. 

This will different than previous YM and YW camps, but youth will experience fun activities. Each day youth will spend several hours doing activity stations such as games, sports, puzzles, crafts and building and then each afternoon and evening there will be large group activities such as dances, games and races. We want to keep some of them a secret so that the experience more exciting.

Everyone will be assigned to a tribe, a small group of youth around similar ages, and together you will journey in the wilderness, experience visions, follow prophets and fight battles as you learn how to come until Christ.

Youth will watch and participate in reenactments of important scenes from the Book of Mormon. Follow up discussions with tribe leaders will help us understand the scriptures better and apply them to our own lives and situations today.

Our faith and testimonies of the Book of Mormon and the Savior will be strengthened as we experience the Book of Mormon in a brand new way together. We are excited to experience this life changing event with you this summer!
